    Choose from a phone call or an office visit.

    For an office visit, choose the Norfolk or the Hampton Office.

    Please make your own record of your appointment time, there is no way to retrieve that data here after you've made the appointment.

    However, you should receive a text reminder before your appointment.

     

    Office Consultation:

    As of June 15, 2015 until further notice, I am not accepting office appointments made online.  You may continue to schedule a telephone conversation with me below.
     

    Call-Back from Attorney Mathis:

    Current Client: Schedule a time for me to call you back. Clients who pay hourly will be billed according to the terms of their representation agreement for the actual time spent during the phone call.

    Potential Client: Schedule a brief phone call with me, and I will tell you whether or not I can potentially represent you.

    Other (Opposing Counsel/Case Witness):  Don't want to play phone tag? Anyone other than salespeople or marketers may schedule a phone call back from me.
